Air elevating engine

  空氣提升(shēng)器廣泛應用于建(jian)材、水泥、鋁業、銅業(yè)、礦山🐕、輕化等行📞業(ye)。凡能充氣流而不(bu)發生離析現象的(de)粉💃🏻狀物料均可經(jīng)過垂直管道輸送(sòng)到30～100m的高度位置的(de)料氣分離倉或㊙️料(liào)庫内😍，其輸送能力(li)可達250t/h.

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 to 100 meter. This device is the ideal equipment of elevating. Transport ability is 250t/h.

  該(gāi)提升器系統由空(kōng)氣提升器、提升管(guan)、料氣分離器🚩、料倉(cang)和供氣裝置等組(zǔ)成。氣源經提升器(qì)的底層充氣，使被(bèi)輸送物🍓料充分流(liú)化而沿提升器向(xiàng)上運送到位。

  該裝(zhuāng)置既能側面進料(liao)，又可頂部進料。具(ju)有結構簡🏃單、性能(neng)☔可🏃靠🌈、無噪音、管理(lǐ)操作方便、無洩漏(lòu)、無污染等特⛷️點。能(néng)有效清潔🙇‍♀️地輸送(sòng)不易管理的微細(xi)粉塵，是上送☂️物料(liao)理想的提升設備(bei)。

  The system is made up of air elevating engine, elevating pipe, material-air separator and air supply device etc. The air headstream fill gas through bottom of elevating engine to make the transported material move upwards.

  The material can be put in the device from the top or the flank, having the features of compact structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy to manage and operate, no leakage, no pollution and effective transporting little powder material. It is the ideal equipment of transporting material upwards
