  物(wu)料切斷閥(fa)采用優質(zhi)鋼材焊接(jie)而成，其結(jié)構科學合(he)理，緊🔴湊獨(du)特，操作靈(ling)活，維護方(fang)便，密封性(xìng)能可靠。其(qi)楔緊工作(zuò)原理使插(chā)闆越關越(yue)緊，使密封(fēng)永遠處于(yú)良好狀态(tài)。而插闆一(yī)旦開啟，馬(mǎ)上與☀️密封(feng)面脫離，以(yǐ)保證密封(fēng)面不受磨(mo)損，且密封(feng)面敞開☔式(shi)，物料無法(fa)附着和沉(chén)積。此構造(zao)是密封的(de)關鍵所在(zài)。W表示密封(fēng)面為橡膠(jiao)軟密封，P表(biao)示密封面(miàn)為合金硬(yìng)密封。配用(yong)不同的傳(chuán)動裝置滿(mǎn)足不同工(gōng)況需求。Z73為(wéi)手輪傳🏃‍♀️動(dong)，WZ73為蝸輪傳(chuan)動，DZ73為電動(dòng)裝置傳動(dòng)，QZ73為氣動裝(zhuāng)置傳動。

  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hand wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

  物(wu)料切斷閥(fá)主要由閥(fa)體、插闆、密(mì)封副、傳動(dong)杆及傳動(dòng)裝置等部(bu)件組成。手(shou)動物料切(qiē)斷閥由人(ren)工轉動手(shǒu)輪，沿順時(shi)針方向為(wei)關，逆時針(zhēn)方向為開(kāi)。由旋轉螺(luó)母帶動傳(chuán)動杆作向(xiang)上運動，使(shǐ)插闆🌂脫離(li)密封面向(xiang)上位移，直(zhi)至全開，反(fan)之為關。蝸(wo)輪傳動⭐物(wu)料切斷🚩閥(fá)由人工轉(zhuǎn)動蝸輪裝(zhuang)置手輪，順(shùn)時針方向(xiang)為關，逆🆚時(shí)針方向為(wéi)開，帶動蝸(wo)輪副旋轉(zhuǎn)從而帶動(dòng)傳🈲動杆向(xiang)上運動🐅，使(shi)插闆💘全開(kai)，反之全關(guan)。電動物料(liao)切斷閥🐆由(yóu)Z型電動裝(zhuang)置得到指(zhi)令動作旋(xuán)轉螺母💯帶(dài)動傳動杆(gǎn)作運動🎯，使(shi)插闆起到(dào)⛱️開關作用(yòng)。氣動物料(liao)切斷閥由(you)二位五通(tong)電磁🔞換向(xiang)閥控制，10A-5R氣(qì)動推杆帶(dai)動傳動杆(gǎn)作往複運(yun)動，使插闆(pan)起到開關(guān)作用。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安裝時必(bi)需清除閥(fá)門内腔雜(za)物和污漬(zi)，請注意閥(fá)體上箭⚽頭(tóu)所指介質(zhi)流向。兩法(fa)蘭連接時(shi)必需加密(mi)封墊片，然(rán)後均勻擰(ning)緊螺栓。

l  安(ān)裝前先手(shǒu)動閥門一(yī)個周期，無(wú)異常現象(xiang)方可上線(xiàn)安♌裝。

l  運行(háng)時應定期(qi)給各傳動(dong)部分加潤(run)滑油，定期(qī)檢修♌傳動(dòng)裝置。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放，請(qing)給傳動部(bu)分加潤滑(huá)油，作防潮(chao)處理，不要(yào)露天堆置(zhi)。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.
