  HZ系列滑動閘門(mén)用于建材、冶金(jin)、礦山、電力、化工(gōng)、玻璃、輕🔴工😍、糧食(shi)等行業的庫頂(ding)、庫底及進出口(kǒu)等。是控制流量(liang)變化較大，啟動(dong)☔頻繁，切斷迅速(sù)的理想設備。

  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體腔内(nèi)設灰鬥卸料，避(bì)免物料沖擊體(ti)腔，延長了使用(yòng)壽命，閘闆運動(dòng)由滑輪導向，減(jian)小了運動阻力(li)，操作更加靈活(huo)、切斷快速，特别(bie)适用于各類微(wei)帶粘度👨‍❤️‍👨的固體(ti)🚶、粉料及小于Φ10mm的(de)🍓顆粒料👉，晶粒料(liào)的輸送及流量(liang)調節，安裝不受(shòu)角度限制， 能随(sui)時調節開度。該(gāi)閥門有手輪和(he)鍊輪兩種操作(zuo)形式，I型為手輪(lun)，II為鍊輪。單向和(he)雙向兩種結構(gòu)形式，HZD為單向，HZS為(wei)雙向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle

  主要由框架(jia)、閘闆、絲杆、螺母(mu)等零件構成，人(rén)工轉動手輪使(shǐ)帶動絲杆螺母(mu)和閘闆作水平(píng)方向往複運動(dòng)，達到啟閉目的(de)。閘闆的運動像(xiang)刀鍘一樣能切(qiē)斷滞留在灰鬥(dòu)上的物料，達到(dao)密✨封狀态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

使用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥(fa)可水平安裝或(huo)垂直安裝，安裝(zhuāng)時兩法蘭連接(jie)中間必👈須加✉️密(mì)封墊片，然後鎖(suo)緊螺栓。

l  操作時(shi)手輪順時針旋(xuan)轉為閥關，反之(zhi)為開，不得在手(shǒu)輪上再🏒增加輔(fǔ)助杠杆。

l  若長期(qī)存放應使設備(bei)處于關閉狀态(tài)，各傳動部位應(yīng)加⛷️潤💁滑油，不允(yun)許露天存放或(huò)堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
