  The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

  The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

  調節(jie)器密封(fēng)腔體容(róng)器内，設(she)有可自(zi)動開啟(qi)、關閉，轉(zhuǎn)🔴動靈活(huo)🔴可靠并(bìng)具有抗(kang)沖擊、抗(kàng)振動、耐(nài)磨損能(néng)力的擋(dǎng)闆🍓。擋闆(pǎn)的運⭐行(háng)由帶有(you)一配重(zhong)塊的連(lián)杆來實(shí)現，連杆(gan)及配重(zhong)塊均封(fēng)閉♋于兩(liang)側箱體(ti)内👣。當調(diào)節器存(cun)有一定(dìng)量的物(wu)料時，擋(dǎng)闆便自(zì)⛱️動打開(kai)，物料順(shun)着擋❗闆(pan)開口自(zì)然、均勻(yun)、平穩地(dì)溜下，粉(fěn)塵仍然(rán)封存于(yú)調節器(qì)内不能(néng)溢出。調(diào)節器的(de)減振裝(zhuāng)置消除(chú)了🌏擋闆(pǎn)及配重(zhong)塊在開(kāi)啟🔞、關閉(bì)過程中(zhong)的振♌力(li)。

  The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation

l  安裝前(qian)必須清(qīng)潔閥門(men)内腔，不(bú)允許有(yǒu)任何雜(zá)物和污(wū)垢附着(zhe)。

l  安裝前(qián)先檢查(cha)閥門各(gè)傳動部(bu)分是否(fou)完好，試(shì)運行無(wu)誤🌏後🈲将(jiāng)閥門處(chù)于全閉(bi)狀态再(zai)進行安(an)裝。

l  法蘭(lan)連接時(shí)兩法蘭(lán)間必須(xū)加密封(fēng)墊，然後(hou)均勻鎖(suo)緊聯接(jiē)🛀🏻螺栓。

l  根(gēn)據客戶(hu)實際工(gong)況需要(yao)調整配(pei)重塊來(lai)保證下(xià)料量及(jí)👅下料頻(pin)率。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運輸(shu)及保管(guǎn)：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸時(shi)避免撞(zhuàng)擊調節(jiē)器，調節(jiē)器擋闆(pan)應處于(yu)全閉位(wèi)置，以✔️防(fang)在運輸(shū)中擋闆(pǎn)及傳動(dong)部件損(sun)壞。

l  運輸(shū)時傳動(dong)部位應(yīng)作防潮(chao)、防雨處(chu)理。

l  調節(jie)器應存(cún)放在幹(gàn)燥的室(shì)内，不允(yun)許露天(tiān)存放或(huo)堆置。

l  調(diao)節器長(zhang)期存放(fàng)時應使(shǐ)設備處(chu)于關閉(bi)狀态，各(ge)傳⛱️動🍉部(bu)位🌐加潤(rùn)滑油,作(zuo)防潮、防(fáng)塵處理(lǐ)。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

Maintenance and examination

l  定(dìng)期檢查(chá)各傳動(dong)部位的(de)運行情(qing)況。

l  定期(qī)給各傳(chuán)動部位(wèi)加潤滑(hua)油。
