  The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, chemical, electric power industries etc. It is the control equipment of dropping material system.

  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘門(mén)由本體、扇形閘(zhá)闆、軸、密封副、執(zhí)行機構等部件(jiàn)構成。手✏️動或執(zhi)行機構推動搖(yao)杆使扇形閘闆(pan)沿軸心旋轉開(kai)啟，物料随即下(xià)落。待接料裝置(zhi)滿載❤️後再推動(dong)搖杆使扇形閘(zhá)闆複位，關閉截(jié)斷下落的🈲物料(liào)。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝(zhuāng)時請注意閘門(men)本體上标明介(jiè)質流向，兩法蘭(lán)連接時必需加(jiā)密封墊片，然後(hòu)均勻鎖緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  運行時請辨清(qīng)扇形閘闆開關(guan)方向。執行機構(gou)請正确接線。

l  若(ruo)長期存放應使(shǐ)設備處于關閉(bi)狀态，各傳動部(bu)位加📧潤滑油，不(bú)允許露天存放(fàng)或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
