  LZ系列螺(luó)旋閘門(men)用于建(jian)材、冶金(jīn)、礦山、電(diàn)力、化工(gōng)、玻璃、輕(qīng)工、糧食(shi)等行業(ye)的庫頂(ding)、庫底及(jí)進出口(kou)等。是控(kong)制流量(liang)變化較(jiào)大，啟動(dong)🆚頻繁，切(qiē)斷迅速(su)的理想(xiang)設備。

  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

結(jié)構特點(diǎn)：

  結構簡(jiǎn)單、操作(zuò)靈活、重(zhong)量輕、無(wu)卡阻、切(qiē)斷快，特(te)别适用(yong)于各類(lèi)無💰粘度(du)的固體(tǐ)、粉料及(ji)小于Φ10mm的(de)顆粒料(liao)，晶粒料(liào)的輸送(sòng)及🌂流量(liang)調節，安(ān)裝不受(shou)角度限(xian)制， 操作(zuò)方便， 能(néng)随時調(diào)節開度(dù)。該閥門(men)有手輪(lún)👨‍❤️‍👨和鍊輪(lun)操縱兩(liǎng)種操作(zuò)形式，I型(xing)為手輪(lún)，II為鍊輪(lún)。單向和(hé)雙向兩(liang)種結構(gou)形式，LZD為(wéi)單向、LZS為(wéi)雙向。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

Working principle

  主要由(yóu)框架、閘(zha)闆、絲杆(gǎn)、螺母等(děng)零件構(gou)成，用手(shou)轉動手(shǒu)輪使絲(si)杆🐪帶着(zhe)絲杆螺(luó)母和閘(zha)闆沿水(shuǐ)平方向(xiang)往複運(yùn)動，達到(dao)閘門的(de)❓啟閉目(mù)的。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

使用說(shuō)明：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥(fá)可水平(píng)安裝或(huo)垂直安(ān)裝，安裝(zhuang)時兩法(fǎ)蘭連接(jiē)中間🤞必(bì)須加㊙️密(mi)封墊片(pian)，然後鎖(suo)緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  操作時(shi)手輪順(shun)時針旋(xuan)轉為閥(fa)關，反之(zhi)為開，不(bu)得在手(shǒu)💁輪上再(zài)增加輔(fu)助杠杆(gǎn)。

l  若長期(qi)存放應(ying)使設備(bei)處于關(guan)閉狀态(tài)，各傳動(dong)部位應(yīng)加潤滑(hua)🏒油，不允(yǔn)許露天(tiān)存放或(huo)堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
