  該鐘(zhong)形卸灰(huī)閥由閥(fá)體、錐形(xing)閥塞、連(lián)杆、驅動(dòng)裝置等(deng)組成，用(yòng)連杆拉(la)動閥塞(sai)上下運(yun)動完成(chéng)啟閉動(dòng)作。其🈲中(zhōng)X型為橡(xiàng)膠軟密(mì)封，應用(yong)🔞于冶煉(liàn)高爐噴(pēn)煤系統(tong)的煤粉(fen)輸送控(kòng)制⁉️。W型為(wéi)閥體本(běn)體🔞材料(liao)密封，應(ying)用于除(chú)塵系統(tǒng)塵灰輸(shū)送控制(zhi)。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手動鐘(zhong)形卸灰(huī)閥利用(yòng)力矩平(píng)衡的方(fāng)法實現(xiàn)卸灰🌈。當(dang)🚩作用于(yu)錐形塞(sāi)上的物(wù)料産生(sheng)的力矩(jǔ)大于重(zhòng)錘🛀🏻搖杆(gǎn)産生的(de)力矩時(shí)，錐形塞(sai)打開向(xiàng)下卸灰(hui)。一旦積(ji)灰卸去(qu)後，重錘(chui)與搖杆(gan)産生的(de)力矩使(shǐ)錐形塞(sāi)迅速關(guan)閥。落料(liao)的頻率(lǜ)及卸灰(hui)量依據(jù)工況需(xū)♻️要來調(diào)整重錘(chui)位置。

  執(zhi)行機構(gòu)得到程(cheng)序指令(lìng)後推動(dòng)搖杆使(shǐ)錐形塞(sāi)打開向(xiang)下卸灰(hui)☔，積灰卸(xiè)去後，依(yī)據程序(xu)規定時(shí)間，推杆(gan)推進使(shi)錐形塞(sai)關閉密(mì)閉。執行(háng)機構的(de)推出與(yǔ)推進都(dōu)有行程(cheng)控制，同(tong)時反饋(kui)開關信(xìn)号。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝(zhuang)時請注(zhù)意閘門(men)本體上(shàng)标明介(jiè)質流向(xiàng)，清除内(nèi)腔附着(zhe)物。兩法(fǎ)蘭連接(jie)時必須(xu)加密封(feng)墊片，然(ran)後均勻(yun)鎖🤩緊螺(luo)栓。

l  設備(bèi)在運行(hang)時，請定(dìng)期給傳(chuán)動部分(fen)加潤滑(hua)油。執行(hang)部✔️分💁定(ding)期維🏃護(hu)和檢修(xiū)。

l  若長期(qi)存放應(ying)使設備(bèi)處于關(guan)閉狀态(tài)，各傳動(dong)部位加(jia)潤🤩滑💁油(yóu)，不允許(xu)露天存(cun)放或堆(dui)置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
