工作(zuò)原理：

Working principle:

  防爆、安(an)全閥作為壓(yā)縮、易爆氣體(tǐ)管道系統中(zhōng)的卸壓裝置(zhì)。當系統壓力(li)大于表壓力(lì)時，防爆膜片(pian)則自行破裂(liè)，安全閥闆則(zé)自行🎯開啟洩(xiè)壓，以防止系(xì)統發生爆炸(zha)，保證生産和(hé)人身安全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放(fang)散閥、放風閥(fa)作為輸送氣(qì)體管道中的(de)特殊卸壓裝(zhuāng)☔置💚，可❌以根據(ju)系統需要，經(jīng)手動控制或(huo)自動控制來(lái)完成對管道(dao)系統中氣體(ti)的排放或補(bǔ)充，其密封🐕面(miàn)根據不同工(gong)況、不同溫度(dù)，可采用橡膠(jiao)軟密封或金(jīn)屬硬密封形(xing)式。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝及調(diao)試：

Installation and regulation:

l    防爆、安全(quán)閥作為系統(tǒng)終端或旁路(lu)終端的安全(quán)設備，為法蘭(lan)式連接。

l   防爆(bào)閥、洩爆閥安(an)全膜片，安全(quan)閥、安全閥闆(pǎn)根據客戶系(xi)統****安全壓力(lì)而定。使用時(shi)，必須核對工(gōng)況性能參數(shù)是否與該産(chǎn)品相符，切不(bu)可盲目安裝(zhuang)使用。

l   安裝時(shí)，清理安全膜(mo)片、安全閥闆(pǎn)，不允許有污(wū)垢附着，兩🍉法(fa)蘭連接時，中(zhong)間需加密封(fēng)墊。

l   防爆、安全(quan)閥，保護動作(zuo)後，必須馬上(shàng)更換安全膜(mó)片或‼️檢㊙️查安(an)全閥闆狀态(tài)。

l   防爆、安全閥(fa)應随時處于(yu)臨界動作狀(zhuàng)态，以保護系(xì)統。

l   放散閥、放(fàng)風閥的安裝(zhuāng)條件必須保(bǎo)證人員安全(quan)，便于操作與(yǔ)觀🛀察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保(bǎo)管：

Transportation and protection:

l   運輸時應(yīng)避免撞擊閥(fá)門和安全膜(mó)片、安全閥闆(pan)及放👌風閥的(de)傳動裝置。

l   閥(fá)門應存放在(zài)幹燥室内，不(bu)允許露天存(cún)放或堆置，保(bǎo)🛀護安全閥閥(fá)闆密封面。放(fàng)散閥，放風閥(fa)應對傳動裝(zhuāng)置及傳動部(bù)位作防鏽🈲、防(fang)潮處理。

l   Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l   Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination:

l   定期(qi)檢查各安全(quán)閥，防爆閥的(de)運行情況。

l   如(ru)出現安全閥(fá)、防爆閥的安(ān)全膜片爆破(pò)後，請在排除(chú)系統故👉障後(hou)及時更換安(ān)全膜片。

l   對放(fang)風閥的執行(háng)機構定期檢(jian)查，對傳動部(bù)分加潤💘滑油(yóu)，定期更🔴換潤(rùn)滑脂。

l   對密閉(bi)狀況要定期(qi)檢查，及時更(geng)換。

l   Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l   If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l   Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l   Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l   The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
